
Pasta with Tomatoes and Onions

A very simple recipe that is sure to turn out well.
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Ketchup 2 spoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta (any type of pasta is acceptable, but vermicelli is preferred).
Step 2
Slice the onion into thin half-rings and sauté it.
Step 3
Dice the tomatoes into small cubes (it is preferable to peel them first). Add to the sautéed onions and simmer for a few minutes.
Step 4
Next, add the ketchup, sugar, salt, and pepper — mix everything together and simmer for a few more minutes.
Step 5
Season the pasta with the prepared sauce — the dish is ready.
