- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 oz
- Herbed Tofu 10 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Ground coriander to taste
- Basil to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Onion 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a deep skillet.
Step 2
Add the spices and finely chopped garlic, sauté for a few seconds.
Step 3
Chop the onion, add it to the garlic, and sauté.
Step 4
Cut the tofu into cubes, chop the olives, add everything to the skillet, and sauté for a few minutes.
