- Spinach 20 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Pine nuts 0 oz
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Olives to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, boil water and pour it over the spinach leaves, then dry them.
Step 2
Place the spinach leaves, garlic, half of the cheese, and pine nuts in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix.
Step 3
Drain the pasta. Toss the sauce with the pasta; serve topped with olives and the remaining cheese.
