Ingredients
- Conchiglie Pasta 20 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Pork tenderloin 30 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta.
Step 2
Fry the diced pork in olive oil until golden brown. Pour in the wine and cook for 3 minutes until it evaporates.
Step 3
Add lemon zest and juice of half a lemon, red and black pepper, sour cream, and salt. Cook until thickened.
Step 4
Place the pasta on warmed plates, top with the meat, and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan.
