Ingredients
- Tiger shrimp in brine 12 pieces
- Spaghetti 5 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 4 tablespoons
- Oregano a pinch
- Parsley 0 oz
- Basil to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt a pinch
- Garlic 1 clove
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the shrimp: thaw, rinse, place in boiling salted water, and cook for three to five minutes. Drain in a colander. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until golden to infuse the oil with flavor. Remove the garlic. Add the shrimp, sprinkle with a mix of oregano, basil, and parsley.
Step 3
Sauté the shrimp on both sides over medium heat for three to five minutes. Add the spaghetti to the pan, mix well, and add the sauce (mix cream with cheese, add a little salt, and ground pepper). Lower the heat, stirring regularly, and wait for the sauce to thicken (two to three minutes).
Step 4
When serving, garnish with basil leaves and ground pepper.
