Ingredients
- Shrimp 8 pieces
- Curry to taste
- Cream to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter to taste
- Pasta (corkscrew) to taste
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Yakiniku sauce 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Marinate the peeled shrimp for 20 minutes in teriyaki and soy sauce.
Step 2
Mix the cream and two egg yolks, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sauté the garlic in butter for 3–4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp with marinade, wine, and cream with yolks, and simmer for 12 minutes.
