Pasta with Shrimp in Cream Sauce

Description
You can use any shrimp, not necessarily royal, and the cream doesn't have to be 20% fat; you can also use 10% or 15%.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- King Prawns 0 lbs
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil for the pasta. I usually boil water in a kettle first (it's faster). Add a little salt so the pasta doesn't overcook. Cook until done.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and sauté in a pan until golden brown. Keep the pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Thaw the shrimp and add them to the pan. Sauté for 3–5 minutes.
Step 4
Chop the tomato and add it to the shrimp and garlic. Sauté for another 3–5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the pasta, mix, and pour in the cream, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes; you can cover it with a lid and let it sit for a while.
