Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- King Prawns 10 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 5 oz
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spanish onions 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta until al dente (of course, the pasta should be cooked just at the last moment, as the Italians say: "The sauce waits for the pasta," not the other way around).
Step 2
Sauté the broccoli florets and shrimp, then add 2 cloves of garlic and a bit of onion.
Step 3
Next, add the spinach and sauté it for a minute, then add the cream and Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Add the remaining garlic (also pressed through a garlic press) and stir.
Step 5
Arrange the pasta on plates, drizzle with the shrimp sauce, and sprinkle with the remaining grated Parmesan cheese.
