Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 15 oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Mustard Greens 3 spoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Spaghetti 15 oz
- Olive Oil 4 spoons
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Champignons 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Fill a pot with water for the spaghetti, adding a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt. While the water is coming to a boil, let's prepare our sauce.
Step 2
In a deep skillet, heat olive oil and add finely chopped garlic. Sauté it until it becomes fragrant and lightly golden. Then add the mushrooms and cook for about 5–7 minutes.

We place our spaghetti in the water.
Step 4
Add the shrimp to the mushrooms, lightly sauté them, and then pour in the cream. Next, add the mustard, the remaining spices, and the flour, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps. You can add black pepper to taste. Check for salt. Place on low heat and wait until it just begins to simmer, but do not let it boil, as the cream may curdle.
Step 5
For this dish, it's better not to overcook the spaghetti; instead, cook them until al dente. Drain the spaghetti in a colander, then transfer them to the pan with the sauce. Toss to combine, let it cook on low heat for 1 minute, and then turn off the burner.

Plate the dish, sprinkle with Parmesan, and enjoy!
