Pasta with shrimp and mushrooms in cream sauce
Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 5 oz
- Champignons 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Minced garlic 2 cloves
- Philadelphia Cheese 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 spoons
- Fresh basil leaves ¾ spoons
- Boiling water 0,7 glasses
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta until al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until softened. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
In the same skillet, melt 100 g of butter together with the minced garlic. Add the cream cheese, mashing it with a spoon until it melts. Stir in the parsley and basil. Cook everything for 5 minutes. Add boiling water and stir until you have a smooth sauce. Add the cooked shrimp and mushrooms to the skillet and heat through.
Step 4
Mix with the cooked pasta and serve.
