Pasta with Seafood in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- Garlic 1 head
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Pasta (corkscrew) 15 oz
- Tomato Puree 5 oz
- Cream 22% 10 fl oz
- Seafood cocktail 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large amount of water until al dente.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, sauté the finely chopped garlic and onion in heated olive oil.
Step 3
Add the thawed and well-drained seafood mix and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the tomato puree, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a few more minutes.
Step 5
Add cream to the sauce, stir, let it simmer slowly for 1-2 minutes, and then add the shrimp to the sauce. After 1 minute, the sauce is ready.
Step 6
Serve with pasta.
