- Turmeric to taste
- Seafood cocktail 20 oz
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic to taste
- Basil to taste
- Dried Dill Stems to taste
- Ground coriander to taste
- Ground Cumin to taste
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Grapeseed Oil to taste
- Spinach to taste
- Fettuccine Pasta 15 oz
- Paprika to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Fenugreek a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté finely chopped onion until golden brown in grape oil.
Step 2
Add carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin, spinach, and pour in the cream. Bring to a high heat, and once the cream boils, reduce the heat and simmer for another 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Add sour cream, spices, sea salt, and seafood. Simmer for another 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Step 4
Drop the nests into salted boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes.
