Pasta with Seafood
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Seafood cocktail 15 oz
- Cream 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a pot over high heat.
Step 2
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water. Stir. Reduce the heat.
Step 3
Place the seafood in a saucepan. I sometimes use frozen seafood without thawing, but in that case, I use a saucepan with a thicker bottom.
Step 4
Pour the cream into the seafood while stirring. Reduce the heat.
Step 5
After 5–7 minutes (the spaghetti should be al dente), drain the water from the spaghetti.
Step 6
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the seafood.
Step 7
Crush the garlic and add it to the seafood.
Step 8
Pour the seafood sauce over the spaghetti. Cover with a lid and let it sit on the warm stove for 2 minutes.
Step 9
When serving, sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese.
