- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes.
Step 2
Place it in a pot, add 30-40 ml of olive oil, 50 ml of water, season with salt, and cook covered over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the cream and crumbled cheese, stirring, and cook for about 3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Season with salt and pepper.
