  • Whole Wheat Spaghetti 5 oz
  • Pak Choi 0 oz
  • Zucchini 1 piece
  • Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
  • Shallot 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Cherry Tomatoes 0 oz
  • Vegetable Broth 5 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Pine nuts 0 oz
  • Basil 1 sprig
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the pasta.

Step 2

Sauté the chopped shallot and garlic in oil.

Step 3

Pour in the wine and cook, stirring, until the liquid evaporates.

Step 4

Add the chopped pak choi, zucchini, and tomatoes.

Step 5

After a couple of minutes, add the spaghetti to the pan and pour in the broth or water.
