Pasta with oyster mushrooms and tomatoes
Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Spaghetti 20 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 20 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Add salt to taste.
Step 2
Sauté the oyster mushrooms in olive oil for 7 minutes.
Step 3
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and heat them with the mushrooms for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the spaghetti to the mushrooms and tomatoes. Pour in a glass of the water used to cook the spaghetti.
Step 5
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients. Optionally, add freshly ground pepper and fresh green basil to taste.
