Ingredients

  • Shrimp 15 oz
  • King Prawns 15 pieces
  • Dried Chamomile a pinch
  • Canned Truffles 5 oz
  • Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Marinated cherries 5 pieces
  • Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
  • Spaghetti 10 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cinnamon a pinch
  • Honey ½ tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Start by boiling the shrimp. Boil the shrimp with bay leaves and add salt and cumin to taste, let the shrimp come to a boil and cook for another minute, then drain and let cool.

Step 2

Peel the shrimp and lightly sauté them. Place the sautéed shrimp on two plates (king shrimp on one, regular shrimp on the other) and let the oil drain.

Step 3

Now, let's make the tomato sauce. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, and grate them. Place the tomato mixture in a skillet, add black pepper, thyme, salt, and after a minute, add the regular shrimp, cooking for 2–3 minutes until some of the water evaporates.

Step 4

Next is the honey sauce. In another skillet, place the king shrimp and mussels, add a little oil and oregano, sauté until the shrimp are golden (or until they curl), sprinkle with cinnamon, pour in the soy sauce, and add honey, cooking for 2–3 minutes on low heat.

Step 5

Cook a bundle of spaghetti in salted water for 5–7 minutes. Drain and lightly drizzle with vegetable oil.

Step 6

On large plates, place the spaghetti in the center, surround it with the tomato sauce with shrimp, and top the spaghetti with the honey sauce with mussels.
