Pasta with Mushrooms and Hunter Sausages
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Sour Cream 1 cup
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Hunter's Sausages 10 oz
- Lemon ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta until al dente (add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt to the water used for cooking the pasta).
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, cut the mushrooms and hunter sausages into large pieces.
Step 3
Distribute the pasta into baking pots approximately equally.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: sour cream + a little water from the pasta cooking water + juice of half a lemon + sugar, salt + a little flour + chopped herbs (dill, parsley) — bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms and sausages to the pasta, and drizzle with the sauce.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated cheese, place in a preheated oven for 7–8 minutes.
