  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
  • Pasta (corkscrew) 20 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • 10% cream 10 fl oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken breasts or chicken fillet until cooked, cool slightly, and shred into fibers. Some may prefer to chop it, but shredding makes it truly tastier.

Step 2

Cook the pasta, drain it in a colander, and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Step 3

Prepare the cream sauce. Sauté coarsely chopped champignon mushrooms with finely chopped onion in vegetable or olive oil until a light golden crust forms. Then add the shredded chicken and combine with sour cream or cream, which should be warm to prevent curdling in the dish. Season with pepper and salt to taste, then let it simmer over medium heat until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.

Grate the hard cheese on a medium or fine grater separately.
