Pasta with Lightly Salted Salmon Sauce
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 20 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 10 oz
- Cream 22% 5 oz
- Onion 3 heads
- Olive Oil to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic (optional) and onion, and sauté them in a sufficient amount of olive oil. Add the finely chopped salmon and quickly stir (no more than 1 minute).
Step 2
Add the cream and stir quickly again. Remove from heat immediately.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook your favorite pasta until al dente. Drain.
Step 4
In a pot, combine the sauce and pasta.
Step 5
You can add basil (fresh and green).
Step 6
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Step 7
Serve a bowl of grated Parmesan at the table.
