
Pasta with Lightly Salted Salmon in Tomato-Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 spoons
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Step 2
Five minutes before the pasta is done, prepare the sauce: in a skillet, sauté small pieces of lightly salted salmon in olive oil for 1–2 minutes, then add tomato paste and cook on low heat for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the cream into the skillet, stir, and reduce the heat to low. Stirring occasionally, let the cream reduce to achieve the desired sauce consistency.
Step 4
Drain the pasta in a colander, then add it to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine, then remove from heat. The pasta is ready.
