Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Ham 0 oz
- Champignons 5 oz
- Spices 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped ham and mushrooms in a skillet until all the liquid has evaporated (about 10 minutes).
Step 3
Add the cream, bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until the cream thickens slightly.
Step 4
Add spices to taste (I usually add a blend of spices brought from Sochi).
Step 5
Toss the pasta with the prepared sauce.
