Pasta with Guacamole
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt 1 teaspoon
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 6 tablespoons
- Avocado 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Put water on high heat.
Step 2
Once the water starts to boil, add the oil.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Pour the pasta into the boiling water and reduce the heat to medium. Stir.
Step 5
Cover with a lid. Cook according to the package instructions.
Step 6
Once cooked, drain the water.
Step 7
Add the cream and stir, cover with a lid.
Step 8
After 30 seconds, add the grated cheese, stir, and immediately cover with a lid.
Step 9
After 1 minute, add the guacamole and stir.
Step 10
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
