Pasta with Ground Meat and Tomato Juice
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Ground meat 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Spiced Tomato Juice 5 fl oz
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice 4 pieces
- Chili jam to taste
- Herbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water until ready.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, heat oil in a skillet and add the ground meat, chopped onion, and garlic (can be slightly crushed or finely chopped).
Step 3
When the meat is lightly browned, add the peeled tomatoes in their own juice and crush them with a spatula. Add the tomato juice, chili sauce, herbs, and salt. You can add ground red pepper for spiciness.
Step 4
Finally, add the pasta to the skillet, turn off the heat, mix well, and let it soak for about 5 minutes.
