Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Soy Meat 5 oz
- Pea shoots 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1½ tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large pot according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 2
Once the pasta is cooked, add the broccoli, soybeans, peas to the same pot and wait for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
Then drain the water and add the cheese, juice of 1 lemon, grated Parmesan, and 50 g of basil, mix everything together and serve.
