Pasta with Genovese Pesto
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 20 oz
- Basil 30 stems
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Toasted Sesame 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
I wanted to write about the leaves, but there was no such word... So, tear the basil leaves from the stems, cut the Parmesan into small pieces, peel the garlic, throw all of this into a blender, add the olive oil and pine nuts. Don't forget the salt. Turn it on!!! But no more than a minute, the mixture should not be pureed, it should be chopped.
Step 2
In slightly salted water, cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 3
Mix and serve immediately. Garnish with basil.
