- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove

Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in salted water.

At the same time, slice the eggplant into rounds and then cut them diagonally into long strips.
Step 3
Sauté the eggplants in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until they are semi-translucent.

Add a diced tomato to the eggplant; if the tomatoes are small, use 2. However, the volume of tomatoes should not exceed that of the eggplants.
