  • Eggplants 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove

Step 1

Cook the spaghetti in salted water.

Step 2

At the same time, slice the eggplant into rounds and then cut them diagonally into long strips.

Step 3

Sauté the eggplants in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until they are semi-translucent.

Step 4

Add a diced tomato to the eggplant; if the tomatoes are small, use 2. However, the volume of tomatoes should not exceed that of the eggplants.

Step 5

Simmer everything until cooked through, season with salt and pepper, and add 1 grated clove of garlic.
