Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 0 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a skillet on the heat, while finely chopping the mushrooms.
Step 2
Once heated, add 4 drops of sunflower oil.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms. Sauté for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the bacon finely.
Step 4
Add the bacon to the mushrooms. Start boiling the spaghetti.
Step 5
After 5 minutes, pour in the warm cream while stirring. Simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 6
Slightly undercook the spaghetti (al dente), and drain in a colander.
Step 7
Serve the spaghetti, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
