Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Onion 1 head
- Minced garlic 2 cloves
- Dried Chili Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Pasta 5 oz
- Tomatoes 15 oz
- Red Wine 5 fl oz
- Dried Oregano ½ teaspoon
- Fresh Spinach Leaves 5 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet and sauté the onion, garlic, and chili for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Add the wine, oregano, and tomatoes to the skillet, reduce the heat, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the spinach to the skillet and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, add it to the skillet with the sauce, mix well, and sprinkle with cheese. The dish is ready.
