Ingredients
- Marinated cherries 8 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Fettuccine Pasta 5 oz
- Pesto 1 tablespoon
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Curry to taste
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
- Pistachios 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips and sauté over high heat, stirring frequently for about 4-5 minutes. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and season with salt. I didn't add salt because the sauce is already quite flavorful, but I did include lemon pepper, curry, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and dill.
Step 3
Drain the water from the pasta, then mix it with the pesto sauce and chicken. Plate the mixture, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pine nuts.
