Pasta with Chicken Fillet, Cream, and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper 3 teaspoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the chicken fillet from tendons, fat, etc. Cut into pieces of 1–2 cm. Start frying over medium heat.
Step 2
Wash and clean the mushrooms. I cut them into quarters, you can cut them smaller, but this way the mushrooms retain their flavor. Add the mushrooms to the chicken, and squeeze in the garlic.
Step 3
Cook the spaghetti in salted water.
Step 4
Pour the cream into the mushrooms and chicken, add salt and pepper (I add a lot of pepper, it gives the pasta a special flavor). Be careful to ensure the cream doesn’t curdle; it should be sufficiently fatty and not too cold. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the noodles on plates, add a little butter and sauce.
