Ingredients
- Champignons 20 oz
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- 10% cream 5 oz
- Dill 1 bunch
- Pasta (corkscrew) to taste
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the flour and salt (1 teaspoon) into a glass, add water, and mix until there are no lumps.
Step 2
Chop the dill.
Step 3
Sauté the onion, add the chopped mushrooms, and cook until the water from the mushrooms has evaporated.
Step 4
Add the sliced chicken fillet and sauté everything together.
Step 5
Add sour cream, stir, then pour in the contents of the glass, and add the chopped dill.
Step 6
Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly (to prevent the sauce from burning). Serve with cooked spaghetti or penne.
