Pasta with Chicken and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 10 oz
  • Spaghetti 15 oz
  • Morels 5 oz
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Spices to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Onion 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with a paper towel, cut into strips about 1 cm wide.

Step 2

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Step 4

Cut the mushrooms (medium-sized) into 4-6 pieces, add to the chicken fillet and sauté for a bit.

Step 5

Add the onion and garlic.

Step 6

Cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.

Add the finely chopped tomato.

Step 8

Add the tomato paste and mayonnaise, mix well.

Add salt, pepper, and spices.

Simmer over low heat.

Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti and rinse.

Serve the spaghetti on top of the stew.
