- Butter 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sage 1 tablespoon
- Stilton Cheese 5 oz
- Roasted Peanuts to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large pot according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 2
In the pot, melt the butter, then gently sauté the onion until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the garlic and sage and wait for 2 minutes, then add the cheese and remove the pot from the heat.
Step 4
Next, add the cooked pasta to the pot and sprinkle with walnuts, mix everything well and serve.
