Pasta with chanterelles
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet, add a couple of whole garlic cloves, and then add the chanterelle mushrooms (previously washed and thoroughly dried).
Step 2
Sauté the chanterelles for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then pour in the white wine and let it reduce.
Step 3
Then pour in the tomato sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes. At the end, add the butter, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add the al dente pasta to the sauce and mix well. Serve garnished with slices of Parmesan and parsley.
