- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens ¾ tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Carrot 10½ g
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Add the carrots and cook for 3–5 minutes.
Step 2
Place the pasta and carrots on a greased baking sheet, topping with cheddar cheese. In a bowl, mix sour cream, milk, egg, mustard, salt, and pepper. Combine with the pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
