
Pasta with Canned Salmon in Cream

Description
You can substitute cream with crème fraîche or sour cream. You can replace the salmon with mackerel; it’s better to choose fish packed in its own juices rather than in oil.
Ingredients
- Canned Saira 10 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Spaghetti 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Lightly sauté the garlic.
Step 2
Mash the canned salmon, transfer it to a skillet, stir, and sauté over low heat for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cream and spices, stir, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the previously boiled spaghetti to the skillet, toss to combine, and simmer for 5 minutes.
