  • Penne Pasta 15 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Minced garlic 1 clove
  • Sage 1 tablespoon
  • Blue Stilton Cheese 5 oz
  • Roasted walnuts to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the water.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a pot, then lightly sauté the onion until golden.

Step 3

Add the garlic and sage leaves and sauté for another 2 minutes, then remove the pot from heat.

Step 4

Mix the onion with the pasta, Stilton cheese, and sprinkle with walnuts on top.
