- Linguine pasta 10 oz
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Grated horseradish 3 tablespoons
- 30% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the linguine pasta according to the instructions until al dente.
Step 2
Grate the pre-cooked beetroot on a fine grater. Place it in a medium-sized pot along with the horseradish, sour cream, and mustard, and mix thoroughly. Then, put it on low heat and cook, stirring, until steam appears.
Step 3
After that, remove from heat and puree. Add the butter and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked linguine pasta to the pot with the sauce and mix.
