Ingredients
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beetroot into thin strips, finely chop the onion, sauté them together, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add the wine.
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain, cool, and sauté in oil. To prevent the pasta from burning, you can add a little water.
Step 3
Combine the beet strips with the spaghetti. Bring everything to a boil, add salt and pepper again, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
