Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 20 oz
- Basil 1 bunch
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Chili jam 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Ground Dried Garlic ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the basil.
Step 2
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 3
In a large pot, bring well-salted water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the oil and pasta, then reduce the heat. Cook according to the package instructions.

Transfer the cooked pasta to a colander to drain the water.
Step 5
Place the pasta in a deep dish.
Step 6
Add the tomato paste and chili sauce. Mix well.
Step 7
Add the cheese and mix again.
Step 8
Wait 2 minutes for the cheese to melt. Then add the mayonnaise and dried garlic, and mix again.
Step 9
Add the basil.
Step 10
Mix thoroughly and serve.
