- Pasta (corkscrew) 15 oz
- Smoked Ham on the Bone 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 12 pieces
- Shallot 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Rosemary 1 sprig
- Red Long Chili Peppers a pinch
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Apple Wine 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the chopped shallot in olive oil. After 2 minutes, add the bacon, wine, and simmer.
Step 2
Add the tomatoes, rosemary, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and simmer for about 7 minutes.
