  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Onion 1 head
  • Bacon 8 pieces
  • Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
  • Green Peas 10 oz
  • Goat cheese to taste
  • Spinach 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the pasta in a large pot according to the time indicated on the package.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a large skillet, then add the onion and cook for 3 minutes until soft.

Step 3

Next, add the bacon to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, then pour in the broth and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Add the peas and Gorgonzola cheese. Cut the block of Gorgonzola cheese into cubes.

Step 5

Before the cheese completely melts, add the pasta and spinach and mix everything well.
