Ingredients
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Pasta (corkscrew) 15 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Italian chopped parsley 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic.
Step 2
When the onion becomes translucent, add the bacon and finely chopped chili pepper.
Step 3
Once the bacon is golden brown, add the cherry tomatoes, season with salt, and sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Step 4
Cook the pasta, reserving a little water.
Step 5
Mix with the sauce.
Step 6
Top with cheese and herbs.
