Ingredients
- Angel Hair Pasta 10 oz
- Smoked haddock fillet 15 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Butter 3 spoons
- Lemon ¼ pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, you need to make the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then pour in the heavy cream and cook for five minutes. Add the minced garlic and grated cheese, mixing well. Finally, sprinkle the sauce with chopped parsley and turn off the heat.
Step 2
Sauté the salmon fillet in vegetable oil, allow it to cool, remove the skin, take out the bones, and slice it. Divide the cauliflower into florets and steam them, while cooking the pasta in salted water, draining it in a colander, and letting it dry.
Step 3
Peel the avocado, slice it thinly, and mix it in a bowl with the juice of a quarter lemon.
Step 4
Mix the pasta with the warm sauce, add slices of salmon, cauliflower, finely chopped olives, and avocado with lemon, season with pepper, and sprinkle with dill.
