- Sunflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Apple 1 piece
- Tomatoes 10 oz
- Minced garlic to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Beans 10 oz
- Red pesto 3 tablespoons
- Pasta 10 oz
- Tomato passata sauce 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the chopped apple and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the apple is soft.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes, passata sauce, and beans.
Step 4
Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the pesto and cooked pasta, mix well. Serve with crusty bread.
