- Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
- Basil 1 bunch
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large pot according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 2
Then chop the almonds, zucchini, and remove the basil leaves from the stems.
Step 3
Next, sauté all the prepared ingredients and zucchini in a pan for 2-3 minutes, then add another clove of garlic and wait for 1 minute.
Step 4
Mix all the sautéed ingredients with the cooked pasta and serve.
