Pasta with Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 1 head
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix 1 teaspoon
- Penne rigate 10 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Step 2
Wash the chicken breast, cut it into small pieces. Sauté in a small amount of oil with the lid on until cooked through.
Step 3
For the sauce, pour 3 tablespoons of oil and 2 cups of boiled water into a pan, bring to a boil. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper mix, and seasonings to taste (I add dried onion and dill). Add cheese, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Now cut the bell pepper into strips, sauté in vegetable oil for 6 minutes, stirring. Add the chicken breast to the pepper along with the sauce, mix, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Place the pasta on a plate. Top with the chicken sauce. Garnish with herbs.
