- Pasta shells 10 oz
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Cream ½ cup
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Grated Ginger Root a pinch
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta (as indicated on the package).
Step 2
Place the cottage cheese in a saucepan, add the grated cheese, pour in the cream, add ginger, pepper, and salt. Heat over low heat.
Step 3
Serve the heated shells in oil on plates and top with the sauce. Garnish with herbs.
