Pasta in Vegetable Sauce with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Broccoli 3 heads
- Pasta (corkscrew) 20 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
- Milk 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olives stuffed with lemon 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta and mushrooms separately (unless they are small mushrooms that can be added directly to the pan).
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a pan, sauté the broccoli in olive oil, then add the tomatoes, followed by the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover with a lid, then add the mushrooms and olives, cover again, and wait for another 7–10 minutes, remembering to stir occasionally.
Step 3
Then add the cooked pasta and mix everything together. Turn off the heat, serve on a plate, topped with grated cheese, garnished with a slice of tomato and dill.
